Dancewave
Role: Social media marketing strategy
June 2020 - Present
​Dancewave is a Brooklyn-based dance non-profit, providing a plethora of dance classes and programs to promote dance, equity, and community to all age groups. Due to COVID-19, all of these dance programs have been virtual as of March 2020. As a social media marketing intern, turned associate, I strategize, write copy, design, and schedule content to promote these wonderful online classes and programs.
Social Media Strategy
In my social media role, I utilize my time creating graphics and editing videos to help promote Dancewave's brand and class programming. Some campaigns I took part in include the Dancewave Dives In, Fall 2020 Youth Company and Classes, Monthly Adult Classes, and Arts Educator Training. Currently, Dancewave has accumulated over 2,000 likes on Facebook, with more than 3,000 followers on Instagram (found here or via @dancewave).  Some of the graphics and flyers I designed are pictured below.
